Is it possible?

In Genesis 5, there’s a repeated drumbeat:

“And he died… and he died… and he died…”

Then Enoch breaks the pattern.

Enoch walked faithfully with God… and he was not, because God took him.

By faith Enoch was taken from this life… he pleased God.

🚶 What Does It Mean to Walk with God?

Is it a walk?
Is it a talk?

Walking with God means:

• To agree with God (Amos 3:3)
• To please God (Heb. 11:5)
• To trust God (2 Cor. 5:7)
• To walk humbly (Mic. 6:8)

Enoch lived in a dark, pre-flood world.
God was grieved over human wickedness.
Judgment was coming.

In many ways, Enoch was a last-days believer before the Flood.

• He walked in close fellowship with God.
• His life testified against a corrupt generation.
• Jude 14–15 says he even prophesied judgment.

Can we live an Enoch life in a Lamech generation?
